1. Bar Staff

We require bar staff who have experience in a busy bar/club. Candidates are required to be presentable and hard-working and should be able to mix the full range of drinks. Applicants should speak fluent English 2. Bar Manager The Bar Manager will be required to run our very busy bar and to supervise junior staff. We envisage that the successful canditate will have at least 3 years working in a busy bar and to have the knowledge to create new drinks. He or she will be required to make suggestions on improving and developing our existing business. The successful applicant should have experience in cost and budget controls. Fluent English, the ability to work under pressure and solve problems on your own initiative are important attributes. All candidates should be computer literate. Supervisor & Senior Front of House Candidates for these positions should have experience running the service in a European fine dining restaurant. The successful applicant should be a presentable, hard-working, self-motivated person who is able to supervise our junior staff. Fluent English and computer literacy is a requirement. 4. Assistant Restaurant Manager To assist our Operations Manager in running the front of house service and other administrative tasks. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in running service in European fine dining. He or she should be presentable, self-motivated and a good problem solver. We require a creative person who is able to contribute useful ideas on the expansion and development of our business. Experience in budget and cost controls would be helpful. Candidates should speak fluent English and be computer literate. 5. Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef Applicants should have experience in a busy, disciplined European kitchen. Senior staff should be able to run cost and budget controls and to supervise junior staff. Fluent English is a necessity.
