Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception desk such as answering telephone calls and assisting visitors.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings and events.
- Responsible for office door access in the morning.
- Monitor of staff attendance.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will hold a certificate and have a minimum of 2 years experience in reception/customer service.
- You need to have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You must be able to speak and write fluent English and communicate with the local expatriates and UK Head Office.
- You need to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel software packages.
