Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk reception area
- Attend to visitors/ guests/ enquiries and reception duties
- Attend to incoming calls, take messages and direct calls where appropriate
- General administrative support when required and other duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related capacity, preferably with some experience handling customers.
- Pleasant personality and possess good communication skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
