Salary: Rm1600-Rm2500
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle customer inquiries and grievances
- To manage enquiries and resolve customer complaints over the phone.
- Managing and handling customer inquiries, complaints & resolve within a specified time frame.
- Following up with clients via biz letters, reports etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in any accounting/maths/Business/Economics banking related field of studies.
- Required language(s): English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Masjid Jamek - KL.
- Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
- Experience in banking is an added advantage
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
