Receptionist @ KL Sentral

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk such as answering telephone calls and assisting visitors.


  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and events.


  • Responsible for office door access in the morning.


  • Monitor of staff attendance.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will hold a certificate and have a minimum of 2 years experience in reception/customer service.


  • You need to have excellent communication and organisational skills.


  • You must be able to speak and write fluent English and communicate with the local expatriates and UK Head Office.


  • You need to be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel software packages.
