Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, direct and coordinate F&B operations in the outlet.
- Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of overall F&B service and operation for directing staff of the F&B outlet.
- Reporting directly to F&B Manager.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
- Those with at least 1 year experience in hotel are also encouraged to apply.
- 5 Full-Time positions available.
- Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong supervisory skills.
